Come join us on Friday 10th October 2025 (6.50am - 700am start), for a movement session to get the day started. irondoctorhaz and drcalluml the RCGP lifestyle and physical activity champions will guide attendees for a 30-45 minute session involving walking and running, dancing, body weight strength exercises and balance work! It is aimed at all abilities and the main aim is to have fun with your colleagues. 🏃
