Originally from Laredo, TX, Sophia moved to New York City at 19 and began sharing her experiences as a first-gen Latina in corporate America. Her relatable TikToks quickly grew into something bigger: a movement that became Corporate Pero Latinos (CPL). 🌎

As Founder and CEO of CPL, Sophia leads a nonprofit that empowers Latinos to navigate the corporate world while giving back to underserved communities. What began online has evolved into a nationwide network with chapters in NYC, Seattle, Chicago, and South Florida, creating space for Latinos to connect, grow, and show up fully as themselves. 🧡

Through initiatives like the Sin Paredes Scholarship for DACA and undocumented students and a free ESL Program for hospitality workers, Sophia is opening doors for others to thrive both in and beyond the workplace. 👏

Sophia is making Future History by turning representation into action and building a future where Latinos don’t just navigate corporate spaces, they transform them. 🌟
