I’m passionate about AWSM’s mission to promote diversity in sports media through career-enhancing networking, mentorship, and our internship/scholarship program, which has placed over 200 female college students in paid summer roles since 1990. We also host regional events and an annual convention, where we honor trailblazing women with the Mary Garber Pioneer Award. 🌟🙌
