One of my biggest mistakes is not prioritizing rest and quiet time. I’ve been in school/work mode since I moved to the US seven years ago, and the pace here is borderline insanely unhealthy. There are years I can’t even remember because I don’t think I was functioning properly. Rest is important, ladies. I’m still working on breaking my unhealthy sleep patterns, but prioritize rest, ladies. Feel good, look good. 💋
