Just got back from a few days in Dallas for VidSummit, and I’m still unpacking everything I got to experience.

Got to spend the week listening, learning, and connecting with some of the smartest operators, storytellers, and strategists in the content world.

Everyone there was focused on the same thing: figuring out what really works in the creator economy, and what doesn’t. By the end of it, I couldn’t help but feel motivated to start pushing harder, create more, and keep building.

What stood out most was the sheer scale at which real creators are operating. I can only truly describe the event as being inspirational. Legit. Inspirational.

Key takeaways:

1. Execution beats ideas. Everyone has ideas; few actually follow through.

2. Attention can only be earned. There’s no shortcut for trust.

3. Consistency always wins. The best in the space are the ones who keep showing up.

Learned a ton, met so many good people, and am so excited about all the collaboration we have going on in the near future.

Grateful for the conversations, the perspective, and the reminder of how much there still is to learn. So many new friendships and opportunities formed.
