While staying at the Equinox Hotel in New York, I tried the Wave Table — a sleek, contoured bed made with precision materials that uses gentle vibrations and sound frequencies to promote deep rest. 

Thirty minutes on it is said to equal a few hours of sleep. It was a great reset after travel and fits perfectly with Equinox’s holistic approach to performance and recovery.

I also experienced their Sleep Lab room — everything there is designed around rest, recovery, and taking care of yourself in every way.
