## Caption

This is my after, and my before DL pic I took 2 years ago, on the right, and I took today’s pic on the left. You might think, “Well he did it with Ozempic or the like”, nope, not at all. I knew I had to do it the hard way, or I wouldn’t respect it, and I did it with good old fashioned hard work, and sweat equity. My fav Aunt used to say, “The only way to eat an elephant, is one bite at a time.” Wise words.
So I got mad at it! I got up off my backside, and I joined Planet Fitness and I simply made up my mind, and said,”I’m not going to live like this anymore”, and everyday that I’m not on the road, I hit that gym, and I freaking beat it up like it stole something! I treat it like it’s part of my job, because in essence, it is. 
I decided that God deserves better, hell I deserve better, my wife certainly deserves better,and my children deserve better of me as well. I’m no husband, or father of the year, but damnit, I want to be around to witness what amazing things they are going to do in this life! I want to give them all of me, 110 mother flipping percent, every second, everyday. Period.
So if I can encourage, or motivate, or uplift anyone out there, please hear me, please believe, if I can do it, anyone can do it , and that means, by God, so can you! So get after it! Start right now! Seize the day! Your day! Because, you know what? …Time, is a harsh mistress...
So don’t waste another second.
