I know it’s not the most elegant way of saying it, but I always order to speak directly. 

In our moments of doubt, we have to ask ourselves, “do I have the guts?” 

Do I have the guts to disrupt and say.. 

F*ck that, I’m going for it.

We’ve all been cut from something, pushed to the side and told “fit in or you’re not gonna make it” 

I’ve built my careers on disruption, so I can tell you that the road is long and work is hard, but you can do it. 

I want you all to write your own story and leave your legacy. 

And master the art of disruption.
