🏅Aside from bagels, we also like to offer other American-inspired treats such as biscuits, kolaches, and black and white cookies.
👩‍🍳 Bagel Belly was conceived out of a need for high quality bagels in the Copenhagen area. I am an American with a goal of using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients to create bagels that remind me of home. Though I lean toward a NY style, these bagels are proudly their own - malty, chewy, complex, and slow fermented.
