bitter sweet ending.
this sport helped me defy the odds & show that anything is possible.
In the last inning of my last game my coach who I’ve known since I was little reminded me that everything happens for a purpose, that me being born with one hand happened for a purpose. 
God knew I would be able to make the best of my situation & not show any signs of weakness. I overcame the challenge of playing with one hand & kept up with the competition. It brings me peace knowing that I made it this far & had so many accomplishments along the way. 
This concludes my high school, 4 year varsity career, along with my softball career in whole. I’m forever thankful for the friendships, memories & strength this sport has given me these past 14 years. excited for the next chapter…
