The only way I want my dumplings from now on 😍 learn how to make this super easy dumpling skirt!!! ⬇️ You’ll need: - frozen dumplings of choice - oil for frying - slurry: 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp flour, pinch of salt To make: - heat oil in a pan, then add frozen dumplings in a cute pattern - brown dumplings on medium heat until brown/golden on the bottoms (about 5 min) - whisk together slurry ingredients, then pour it into the dumpling pan (you might not need all of it, depending on how large your pan is) - cook covered on medium heat until a golden/brown lace forms and all the liquid is dissolved - enjoy with your fav dipping sauce (I did a simple soy and sriracha) #nyfoodsharings #dumplings #dumplingskirt #foodhacks #dumplinghack
