Derrick lives at Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary in Huttoft, Lincolnshire, UK. On the same date, one of his stablemates Bambou was confirmed to have the longest ears on a living donkey. Both donkeys feature in the new Guinness World Records 2026 book, out now.
