What a trip! Sydney was special and a lot of fun. I couldn’t pick my favorite moment if you asked me. 

I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of a team of incredibly talented people and runners but most importantly good folks. 

This trip reminded me of why we do what we do and for that I gotta thank runna - and especially shoutout Millie and Ellie! 

Sydney ✔️ (my 3rd World Major & 4th Marathon) is complete and the road to Chicago starts today! 

Training for Sydney wasn’t a straight line and it required flexibility and adjustment. The Runna app did just that for me and it helped me prioritize the runs and mileage I needed to do leading up to race day to help me prepare the best I could in the time we had.
