Let me tell you a story about Purpose 👇

I’m in Paris and decided to join the paidrunclub track session. 

The welcome was unreal! To think I’d have people here who know my journey and not only have been following it for a long time but also know some of my most iconic videos and recited them back to me! (Like the “Pause, check the fit”)…

To be told by folks that some started running because of me was the highlight of my night because it shows the positive impact one can have in this game. It reminded me I’m not on Social Media to be known but instead, because of the impact I can have in communities. It goes beyond running. I tap into communities because I appreciate human connections. I like to get a workout in with folks, get to know their motivations, purposes, and share memories together. Elevate one another! 

My brother paid.sportif (who I met through Social Media, a man with a mission and real purpose who I connected with because we both share similar views and vision) has done a phenomenal job creating and impacting a community here in Paris. But then I remembered that, although he started it, the community is in fact special because of the positive addition each and every one at runclubs is. A collective effort! 

 Day 1 in Paris couldn’t have been better. I’m grateful to be here / honored to have been welcomed the way I was and proud to have joined Paid’s Track Session.

Today I motivate you, tomorrow you motivate me.
