Je ne sais pas vous, mais j’ai eu une longue semaine de boulot, alors rêvons un peu pour entrer dans le weekend 🤩, avec une sélection des gagnants de la septième édition du concours d’astrophoto 📸💫de la Voie lactée, organisé par Capture the Atlas ! 🏜️Des déserts de Jordanie et d’Oman aux paysages de la Patagonie ⛰️, il y en a pour tous les goûts, faites-les défiler.

Je trouve ça paisible et un peu rassurant de voir cette bande d’étoiles lointaines🌌, comme un pilier constant dans le ciel, qui nous rappelle notre place dans l’univers et la permanence (à notre échelle) du ballet cosmique autour de nous. L’intérêt d’un tel concours, au-delà de la technicité des photos, c’est notamment de pouvoir révéler des images invisibles à l’oeil nu et tout simplement de profiter de la beauté qui nous entoure. Bravo à tous les photographes 👍, et bon week-end !

No Friday postcard this week, but here’s a selection of winning shots 📸 from the « capturetheatlas » Milky Way photography competition 2024. 25 photographers from 15 different countries captured our galaxy🌌 in absolutely stunning details, from remote locations in the offering clear skies and no light pollution: deserts or glaciers. I’m adding all these places to my bucket list! 📋🧳 Have a nice weekend and remember we’re all made of star dust. ✨🙂
