Afin de nous préparer aux missions d’exploration qui s’approchent 🌕🔴, nous suivons un cours de géologie intensif sur le terrain en Italie 🇮🇹, Allemagne 🇩🇪 et Espagne 🇪🇸, en immersion totale. Certains des meilleurs géologues et géomicrobiologistes européens sont là pour nous apprendre à être des scientifiques de terrain efficaces ⛏🤓. 
Semaine 1: Comme notre connaissance des autres astres arrive souvent par comparaison avec ce qu’on connaît, on commence par étudier la Terre 🌍!

This Month, I am lucky enough to be part of ESA’s  PANGAEA training sessions ⛰💪 and learn about stones, crystals, volcanism 🌋, sedimentation and planet formation with astronaut colleagues Jessica Wittner and Takuya Onishi.
