🌠 According to our 2024 Landmark Study on Gender Equality in the Space Sector, women remain critically underrepresented in key technical, astronaut, policy, and leadership roles.

Increasing female representation in space isn’t just about fairness, it’s key to unlocking humanity’s full potential and ensuring that our presence in space reflects our society here on Earth.

🚀UNOOSA’s #Space4Women initiative empowers women across the global space sector and inspires the next generation of female space leaders. Our Gender Mainstreaming Toolkit, funded by the canadianspaceagency, provides actionable solutions. Together with our partners at the kenyaspaceagency, we are also developing a new toolkit to break down barriers to #STEM education for women and girls in marginalized communities.
