#RealHousewivesofPotomac star Dr. #WendyOsefo and her husband, #Eddie were booked Thursday night in Westminster, Maryland, on criminal fraud charges.

TMZ reported that Wendy is facing 16 counts in total, including seven felonies. She is charged with false or misleading information fraud exceeding $300 and also faces a misdemeanor for making a false statement to an officer.

Details regarding the charges against her husband have not been disclosed.

The news comes as Wendy continues her career on “RHOP,” where she has been a cast member since Season 5. Beyond reality TV, she is a college professor of education at Johns Hopkins University and a journalist, contributing to The Hill and appearing on MSNBC.
