The Queer Alliance Resource Center, or QARC, hosted its “lesbian contest” Wednesday on the Hearst Field Annex lawn, where 44 contestants clashed with Clairo CDs and carabiners.⁠

Celebrating International Lesbian Day, the “two-parter” contest attracted more than 200 spectators as competitors entered in one of two categories: “evil fems” and “performative mascs.” The contest crowned the top three winners in each category, with Ace Hardware and 1951 Coffee Company gift cards, as well as sex toys, as prizes.⁠
