The Collaborative, established in 2020, is hosted by Sydnee Walker and is focused on connecting seasoned veterans in the Sports and Entertainment Industry with aspiring Journalists and PR Professionals via virtual and in person fireside chats.

Our Elevate Your On-Camera Presence program launched in April 2025 and allows Aspiring Broadcasters and On-Air Talent to refine their interviewing skills, gain valuable insights from a seasoned industry professional, and enhance their on-camera presence.

In this interview, Kaylah House and Bob discuss how he got into broadcasting, how broadcast impacts the fan experience, his most memorable season and more.
