We tried out the Four Seasons Atlanta Spa in Midtown, and let’s just say… we lost track of time in the best way possible. ⏱ I even put timestamps on the screen so you can follow along with each part of our spa day.

From a 90-minute couple’s massage to poolside garlic parmesan truffle fries, sauna + steam room sessions, skincare and haircare routines, and more… we were here for almost seven hours and didn’t even realize it. 🥂✨
