#WorldInclusionDay October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (#NDEAM), a time to celebrate and highlight contributions of people with disabilities in the workforce and bring attention to disability employment.
 
The owners of bittyandbeauscoffee, Amy & Ben Wright, are the proud parents of four children — Lillie, Emma Grace, Beau and Bitty. Lillie was born with autism, and Bitty & Beau were born with Down syndrome.
 
After learning over 80% of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are unemployed nationwide, they decided to create a place where people with disabilities can work that changes the way people see other people.
 
Now with 16 locations in 11 states, they’re most certainly making a positive impact, empowering people with disabilities and educating the community one cup of coffee at a time. ❤️
