Pumpkin pie tacos are for dessert!

Ingredients

For the taco shells:

6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the pumpkin pie filling:

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 can pumpkin purée (about 10 ounces)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

For the whipped cream:

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
(Or use store-bought—no judgment!)

Instructions

Make the taco shells:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Use a fork to poke each tortilla 3–4 times to prevent air bubbles.
Melt the butter and brush both sides of each tortilla. In a shallow dish, combine sugar and cinnamon, then coat both sides of the tortillas.
Drape the tortillas over the oven rack bars or a taco rack to form shells. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.

Make the pumpkin pie filling:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin purée, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until creamy and well combined. Chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Make the whipped cream:
Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Assemble the tacos:
Spoon or pipe pumpkin pie filling into each cooled taco shell. Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed graham crackers.

Tip: For a show-stopping touch, drizzle with caramel sauce or add crushed pecans on top!
