It’s important that our children are able to trace the reward back to the prayer so they’re never confused about to whom we give the glory. 

Create a safe environment...
It’s important for a woman to not only feel physically safe but emotionally and mentally too. My wife knows she can come to me & voice her dreams, concerns and everything in between… and her feelings are safe with me. If anyone knows us - our kids will tell you how much Nicole is protected. On every level. 

Lead by example...
Everything rises and falls on leadership. A good leader serves, provides, and protects. While others watch things happen, wonder what happens - a true leader makes things happen. Period.
