#ad It’s the New Year goal-setting season, and even though Nicole and I do our best to stay on top of our goals all year long, we believe how we start the new year sets the tone for every day after.

The new year is here and things around here are getting busy fast! @post_cereals #PremierProteinCereal has become our daily hack for packing in 20g of plant protein into breakfast every morning. It comes in two delicious flavors – Chocolate Almond and Mixed Berry Almond. We both have a favorite! 

We are waking up earlier, writing our goals every day, getting high-value tasks done first, and most importantly incorporating more protein into our diet this year.
