How we end our day is just as important as how we start it. We are fully into our back to school routines and thanks to @purelyinspirednutrition for making sticking to my goals easy. 

I blend my favorite Organic Protein powder with milk and banana and enjoy it with the twins as they unwind. This helps me to push through our night time routine without craving a late night snack!
