#sheamoisturepartner Doing most things from home this past year had the days running together - until I established an intentional routine. Routines help me stay energized, laser-focused, and accountable.

A few things that I look forward to in the morning are - running with the Blue & Grey, conversations with the family, and getting dressed. 

sheamoisturemen keeps things interesting when I shower and change from one sweatsuit to the next 😆. This line was also made for ME - a man of color. The formula works best for the chemistry of my skin, bringing a hydrating clean. What’s not to love about that?
