This is how we fight the Sunday scaries, impromptu scary movie night . The gworls voted for “Weapons”🎥🍿

While we love a curated and thoughtfully planned event, there’s a special enjoyment of an impromptu open invitation gathering!

Hosting has been discussed as a lost art in community building but it’s a practice that lives on within the Free to Be Collective community, usually in events like this one. 

It’s not unusual to see someone host a Taco Tuesday or a Love is Blind watch party in their homes where all that’s required is a small contribution for the group and the willingness to be present. It’s a seed that sprouts further conversations and familiarity. It’s a step that costs so little and yields so much value. 

This practice keeps us grounded in our belief that long term friendship doesn’t have to revolve around expensive outings or a specific aesthetic.
