WPSU will continue operating after trustees unanimously approved a second proposal to sell WPSU assets to WHYY during a special session on Monday

The decision comes more than a month after the committee voted against the initial proposal. Under the new plan, the WHYY has 30 days to try to raise at least $8.36 million
