Abraham Longosiwa and Isabella Spagnoli earn caasports Runner of the Week accolades for their incredible performances at the Metropolitan XC Championship 🦁

abraham_longosiwa set a new 8K program record with his winning time of 22:45, topping the previous mark of 22:53.5 set by Alex Masai at the CAA Championship in March 2021. 

izzy_spagnoli took home first place in 5K race with her time of 17:15, the second-fastest 5K time in program history.
