I can’t believe how far we’ve come. One by one, so many women have taken a chance on me/Hermana to grow with us. 

Building a business is not easy!!! Every hire has been a long, thoughtful decision on growth, every new addition to the team adding something we didn’t have before. 

I am sooo thankful for each and every one of our team members, and all of the creators who trust us with managing their brand deals every day 🤎

in 1 month we’re hosting our first talent retreat and I can’t waittttt to feel the sisterhood in person again.
