Through all uncertainty, remember you are not alone.

The news of the subpoena recently issued to Children’s Hospital Colorado by the U.S. Department of Justice is alarming and deeply concerning. We are also saddened by Kaiser Permanente’s announcement that it will pause gender-affirming surgeries for patients under 19 as of August 29, 2025.

If you or a loved one is currently receiving care, we recommend you reach out directly to your healthcare providers regarding any updates. We understand that this news adds to the uncertainty many families already face when trying to access life-saving care, and we empathize with those who are affected by these developments.

No matter what comes next, we will face it together. We invite youth, parents, and caregivers to find support and connection at our upcoming programming.
