CHILI….we love it and the season has arrived.  We make big batches, eat some, freeze the rest for a perfect comfort meal in fall/winter.  Great chili starts with great ingredients so I hit my local Kroger grocery store and loaded up on Kettle & Fire Beef Broth , Bush’s Chili Beans, and Red Gold Diced Tomatoes.  @Kettle & Fire Shop @Bush’s Beans @Red Gold Tomatoes @Kroger … Full Recipe Below Ingredients -3lbs Ground Beef, 90/10 -12oz Bacon, roughly chopped -32oz Beef Broth, Kettle & Fire -3 Cans Bush’s Chili Beans, Pinto, Kidney, Black, we used one of each -3 Cans Red Gold Diced Tomatoes -2 White Onions, diced -1 Red Bell Pepper, diced -1 Green Bell Pepper, diced -2 Jalapeños, diced -2T Tomato Paste -5 Cloves Garlic, minced -3T Chile Powder -1.5T Cumin -2tsp Paprika -2tsp Oregano -1tsp Cayenne -Salt & Pepper as you wish **Garnish w Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Serrano Peppers Diced **Big Pot, Medium Heat, Add Bacon **10-12 Minutes on Bacon, set aside **Remove most of Bacon Fat, keep it **Add Beef, break up and brown, set aside **Remove most of fat from the pot **Add Onion, Peppers and sauté for a bit **Add Tomato Paste to middle, cook 2-3 min, let the flavors rise then bring together **Add some bacon fat back in **Add Garlic to middle, cook 2-3 min, stir **Add all seasonings, mix and cook 2-3 min **Add Kettle & Fire Beef Broth, scrape bottom of pot with wooden spoon **Add Beef and Bacon back in **Add Bush’s Chili Beans **Add Red Gold Diced Tomatoes  **Stir well, Cover, Simmer at least 2 hours **Taste and season as you wish **Serve and garnish as you wish **ENJOY #kfpartner #chili #3piecesofpecan #fyp
