That means it’s crucial to take action and save this species in the wild. While the club-tail iguana faces many threats that are hard to control, such as habitat loss and increasing numbers of invasive species that prey on them, we can help fight against the exotic pet trade and predation by feral dogs and cats. When looking for your next pet, remember that wild animals are best suited for life in the wild.
