Being able to master acceleration angles is an important aspect to being successful on the field. A majority of sprints in team sports are going to be accelerations, and most of them will be from changing directions or moving from various positions. Being able to go from a moving start and find a forward lean, low shin angles and powerful strides will ensure that your field movements are efficient and faster than the guy who can’t get there.
