From a back injury that could’ve ended my story to building a legacy I’m proud of. Every setback has fueled my drive to keep going. 

What started as a dream on the football field turned into a passion for coaching and ultimately creating something that shakes up the fitness industry. In 2008, I opened the doors to legacynodaysoff in Wynwood, and today we’ve grown to 8 locations (Nashville coming soon!) and launched drinknodaysoff Premium Water 🏋🏽‍♂️💧.

The journey hasn’t been easy, but nothing worth having ever is. No matter what life throws at you, keep pushing forward.
