Day in the life of an American track athlete studying and training in the UK. Training twice a day every day and long lectures definitely make me feel exhausted by the end of the day but I’m enjoying every bit. Still more culture shocks! 

Everybody has been so kind to me around campus and in town. Thank you to everyone who has been so welcoming! 🫶
