late last night I thought to myself — I’m rolling through a new city — I wonder if anyone wants to sing a song 🎶

and was so delighted that some new friends showed up to the park to sing 💫

we talked a lot about Texas (and Tennessee) and the United (?) States… there’s a lot of turmoil. by design. it’s debilitating and isolating.

and then all of a sudden you gather as strangers and realize — we’ve been connected all along.
they just don’t want us to remember that.

singing MAKE IT OUT ALIVE with a Texas Rainbow Choir (LGBTQ+ and allies) — that’s the real meaning of community right here 🌈

tag your fav local community choir — I would love to come to every city and sing with you.
to remind myself how deeply connected we are.
how music is a true universal chord.
