Swordfish Surf n Turf Tailgate for 50 People 🎣🥩 
This was by far the largest fish I have ever cooked and my first time ever cooking swordfish 😂 Naturally we cooked this all up for my golf league since cooking a swordfish for the first time wasn’t enough pressure already ⛳️ Stoked with how it came out, chef helped me a ton breaking down this fish. Then we also made 4 beef tenderloins reverse seared in the smoker 🥩
