L’une des meilleures francs-tireuses dans l’histoire d’Équipe Canada, Danielle Goyette a terminé son illustre carrière avec un total de 114 buts en 172 matchs, ce qui en fait l’une des quatre seules Canadiennes à avoir atteint le plateau des 100 buts. Gagnante de deux médailles d’or olympiques et de huit titres du championnat mondial, l’athlète de Saint-Nazaire, au Québec, avait le don de toucher la cible lorsque son équipe en avait le plus besoin. Goyette a d’ailleurs inscrit le but de la victoire à trois reprises au match pour la médaille d’or d’un #MondialFéminin. 🇨🇦
