The court has officially ruled that former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin did engage in workplace bullying.

Last year, an employee identified as “A” filed a complaint, claiming Min’s verbal abuse caused serious mental distress. After investigating, the Seoul Employment and Labor Office determined that some of Min’s remarks could cause both physical and psychological harm and worsen the working environment — classifying it as workplace harassment under the Labor Standards Act.

As a result, Min was fined, but she later filed a lawsuit to challenge the decision. Today, however, the court dismissed her appeal, confirming the previous ruling and finalizing the penalty.

Meanwhile, Min Hee-jin remains locked in separate legal disputes with Source Music (home to le_sserafim) and Belift Lab (home to illit_official).

이에 따라 과태료가 부과되었지만, 민희진은 이에 불복해 소송을 제기했습니다. 그러나 오늘 법원이 민 전 대표의 주장을 기각하면서, 과태료 처분이 최종 확정되었습니다.

현재 민희진 전 대표는 여전히 르세라핌 소속사 쏘스뮤직과 아일릿 소속사 빌리프랩과의 법적 공방도 이어가고 있습니다.
