由法國商務投資署 businessfrance 主辦的「法國烘焙盃」（French Bakery Cup）今年於10月13至15日首次於香港設立賽事，比賽分為麵包組及甜品組兩個組別，在三天的比賽裡聚焦法國手工烘焙的傳統與創新。

麵包組在10月13至14日於 Pots & Pans Studio 舉行決賽，入圍名單有四喜麵包西餅 sayhey4cake、Doughman doughmanhk、Levain Bakery levainbakeryhk、Frenchies frenchiesbake，當日以長棍麵包及法式朱古力酥作為比賽項目，各參賽者都全神貫注地製作精美的麵包。由多位專業評審即場評分，包括 Bakehouse 創辦人 Grégoire Michaud、香港置地文華東方酒店行政甜品總廚 Chef Carles Escofet、LY Bakery 創辦人Chef Vincent Lai、Chef Dominique Tremureau、Chef Oriane Bernard 及 Chef Pierre Paillé，最後由四喜麵包西餅獲勝。
