Day 4 of my book, HOMEMADE, being out in the world and I can think of no better way to celebrate than with a big, fiery jar of homemade kimchi. I cannot wait for you all to try it out! 

And yes some of you will find it familiar as I reprinted it onto my blog. 😊 it is now one of the most popular vegan kimchi recipes on the internet. And now it’s included in a beautiful 400+ page book!!

If you want orange colored sauerkraut, go for it! But if you want kimchi, sorry it’s going to smell!
