Investors always ask me what I look for when buying property. County Line Center in Miami is a perfect example, 166,000 sq. ft. of quality tenants with below-market rents.

I don’t need the flashy Chipotle or Starbucks deals at the top of the market. I want strong tenants paying rents that can go up, not down. That’s where the real opportunity lies.
