I’d rather overpay for the right property than underpay for the wrong one. We paid $33 million for this center. It’s not a steal. It’s not the greatest deal ever. But in the next 10 years, it’s a home run.

You’re never going to get a perfect deal. If you’re chasing the perfect deal instead of the perfect property, you’re missing the whole game.
