27 years ago, I started this journey with a vision and relentless drive. 

Today, I’m proud to say I just closed the largest deal of my career — County Square Shopping Center in Miami, Florida — a $33,000,000 acquisition.

This retail power center spans 166,485 square feet across 15+ acres, anchored by Ross Dress for Less, Bank of America, Dollar Tree and Family Dollar, Wingstop and now... my team and I have the privilege to operate it. 

Our mission is simple: take it to new heights — for the neighborhood, the tenants, and every customer, I share these milestones not to impress, but to inspire — if you’ve been following me, I hope my content helps you hit this level faster than I did it.

Now, I’m on the hunt for my next move... eyes on the $50M milestone.
