When I was much younger, during the 2008–09 real estate crisis, I was scared to death. I actually believed I might lose everything. The same thing happened during COVID.

Now, after almost 30 years in business, I know: when things get really bad, that’s when you need to get really aggressive. That’s where the real opportunity is.
