Day 6 in Hawaii & Day 2 in Kauai! 🌺 

📌 This video to plan your hiking day! 
- Stop at @gsjuicebar for acai bowl, I got the Kapa’a bowl & added peanut butter, it was great! 
- You musttttt walk over to Island Tacos!!! We ordered the pork & they were some of the best we’ve ever had (maybe THE best) 
- We hiked the Awa Awapuhi Trail - this is a little over 6 miles (online hike info is a bit off), and it is veryyyyy muddy. It’s quite wet & slippery so expect this trail to take you quite a bit longer. I’d say the trail difficulty is maybe 7.5 or 8/10. The uphill is quite hard & the hills are steep! It took us about 4 hours. You’ll want sunscreen, bug spray, and maybe a backpack for water/ snacks. We didn’t bring anything with us & we were fine! 
- Stop at @tikitacos_kauai everything is gluten free & massive portions. Connor got the pork, beef & chicken to try all 3 and the pork was his fav.
- We got dinner at @tidepoolskauai which you typically need to reserve very far in advance. I happened to look on OpenTable right as someone else cancelled so we grabbed the opening! I ordered a margarita (I wouldn’t order again & would stick to a Mai Tai), and the macadamia crusted Mahi Mahi. I ordered this same dish at Beach House the night before & have to say Beach House was better. We have had better food, but I think the scenery makes it so popular! Although try to go a bit earlier so you can see the sunset & fish :) 

Today we are headed over to the north side of Kauai & spending some time in Hanalei! 🌴🥥🌊🪸
