This right here is my favorite dip in the world and the one reason why I always have a bottle of Pomegranate Molasses in my fridge and it was an absolute given that I include the recipe in my book.

Muhammara is a Middle Eastern dip, I believe it originates in Syria, but if I’m wrong, by all means, let me know. It’s a walnut and roasted pepper dip that covers all the flavor bases. It’s sweet, slightly smoky and a little bit spicy and it’s also #vegan. It’s easy to put together, can be made right in a processor and is delicious when being dipped into with Pita Chips. 
Now you too have just found the very best reason to hold a bottle of Pomegranate Molasses in your fridge!
