## Caption

Utilizing leftovers is one of my super powers and never has that been more true then with these sandwiches. 
Meatloaf has always been a go-to dinner for my family. It is traditional, comforting, easy and economical. Basically it’s perfect for my large family. 
Now when I make a meatloaf I don’t make it using less than 4 lbs of meat; because my kids eat so much and because it ensures leftovers for these sandwiches.
